The RE-2CP Reference electrode is recommended, if you dislike a contamination with chloride ion from chloride type reference electrode.

Hg2SO4 + 2e = 2Hg + SO42-
E0=657 mV vs RHEK （25°C）
∗ The reference potential is the measured value using RHEK reversible hydrogen electrode kit (Cat. No. 013373).

 

  • Holder material: Polymethylpentene, for the high chemical resistance is used.
  • Liquid junction: Ceramic tip

 

∗Keep the reference electrode in a cold dark place.
